Last updated: July 8, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Digit platform and its services. Please read them carefully.

01Definitions

“Digit” or “Platform” or “We”: The Digit Enterprise Resource Planning platform, provided by Trilogy.
“Customer” or “You”: The entity or person creating an account or subscribing to the Service.
“Service”: The software, modules, and related services provided by Digit via subscription.

02Acceptance & Scope

By using or registering for the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you are contracting on behalf of an entity, you confirm your authority to bind it to these terms.
These terms apply to all plans and modules unless otherwise agreed in writing in a separate agreement.

03Account & Registration

You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data, the confidentiality of login credentials, and all activity occurring under your account.
You must notify us immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized use of your account.

04Subscription, Plans & Payment

Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to Value Added Tax (15%) in accordance with applicable regulations.
Subscriptions renew according to the agreed cycle (annual or as per contract), and fees are paid in advance unless otherwise stated.
Features of each plan may vary; final details are established in the quotation or contract.

05Licensing & Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.
All intellectual property rights for the platform and its trademarks remain ours or our licensors'. Customer data remains the property of the customer.

06Acceptable Use

You commit not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, damage its stability, or use it in violation of regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend the account upon a material breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

07Customer Data and Privacy

We are committed to processing personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the competent authority (Saudi Data and AI Authority — SDAIA).
The data hosting location and data residency within the Kingdom are determined by the configuration agreed upon in your package or contract. (Details to be finalized before publication)
We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data.

08E-Invoicing

The platform supports e-invoicing requirements, including compatibility with Phase 2 (Integration and Linking) in accordance with ZATCA requirements.
This does not constitute an official "accreditation" but rather compliance with published requirements; the customer's commitment to their tax procedures remains their responsibility.

09Service Level and Availability

We strive to provide high service continuity. Availability levels and response times are defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) associated with your package. (Figures to be finalized before publication)
Scheduled maintenance periods may occur, for which notice will be provided in advance whenever possible.

10Third-Party Services and Components

The Service may integrate with external providers (such as payment gateways or hosting services). Their use is subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for failures beyond our control.

11Confidentiality

Each party commits to maintaining the confidentiality of information accessed by virtue of the contract and not to disclose it except with the other party's consent or by law.

12Warranties and Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties not expressly stated.

13Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the value of the fees paid during the period under dispute.

14Term and Termination

These terms apply throughout your subscription period. Either party may terminate the agreement as stipulated in the contract or upon an unremedied material breach.
Upon termination, we will allow you to export your data within a reasonable period according to the applicable policy.

15Amendments to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the last update date, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amendments.

16Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute shall be sought to be resolved amicably; failing that, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
