Permissions

Permission is part of the data, not a hidden button

When a user may not see a figure, the system says so explicitly. In the customer view below, a sales user sees “not permitted” where the balances are, never a zero that could be misread.

  1. 01
Visibility by roleThe same page shows each role only what it is entitled to.
  2. 02
Restricted-scope warningThe report says when your permission covers only part of the data.
  3. 03
Report directory follows permissionNo report appears that you cannot run.

Approvals

Approvals and blocking reasons

Everything awaiting your approval in one inbox, and every document blocked from posting states its reason before you try.

  1. 01
Unified approvals inboxRequests from different departments with their status and date in one list.
  2. 02
“Why can’t this post?”The reason is written on the document.
  3. 03
