Every project in one file… every exception traced to its source

One project file linking contract, execution, cost and claims, plus the portfolio exceptions that need action.

There is no real screenshot of this area yet; the diagrams on this page explain the process only, and the screens are shown in a demo session per edition and scope.

A portfolio is not a list of projects

A project director does not need every number on one screen; they need to know which project needs a decision now, why, and which document proves it.

  1. 01

    One project file

Contract, schedule, budget, actual cost, commitments, claims and collection belong to the project itself, not to separate spreadsheets.

  2. 02

    Portfolio exceptions

Projects behind their baseline, forecast over budget or waiting on a claim approval surface first.

  3. 03

    Back to the source

Every portfolio item opens the document behind it: the change order, the purchase order or the progress certificate.

From the portfolio to a decision on one project

The path a project director follows when an exception appears.

  4. Step 4:

    Owner
    Project director

  5. Step 5:

    Follow up
